Reservation Hours: 10:00am – 7:00pm
We accept reservations up to two months in advance and recommend that you schedule your choice of services prior to arrival so that we can meet your scheduling requests. A credit card is required to guarantee services at the time of booking. Reservations are subject to availability.
Cancellations
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a 25% fee for your scheduled service. No shows may be charged the full cost of the treatment.
Age Requirement
The Spa and Fitness Center has an adult-oriented atmosphere and was created for ladies and gentlemen 18 years of age and older.
Before You Escape
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in and prepare for your services. Arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. We suggest you refrain from wearing jewelry as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal items. Please let your provider know if you have any special physical or medical conditions, considerations, or medications.
Spa Charges and Gratuities
It is required in Mexico to charge a 10% VAT (value added tax) on all services plus a customary 15% gratuity charge . . . this, of course, may be modified at your discretion. Prices shown in the following menu of treatments are in Mexican pesos per person.
Spa Etiquette
To preserve the tranquility of the spa environment and the privacy of others, the use of cell phones and pagers is prohibited. Guests are asked to keep their voices to a minimum. Smoking is not permitted in the spa. Consumption of alcohol is not recommended immediately before or after treatments. PAZ Body & Mind Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Service will be immediately terminated upon any inappropriate guest behavior at any time during the treatment and full payment will be charged to guest room account.
