Things to know before you go…

General information and scheduling
For your convenience, you can make reservations for a soothing PAZ treatment up to two months in advance. We recommend that you schedule your choice of services prior to your Cabo Azul arrival so we can ensure your requests. Please note that you’ll need a credit card to guarantee your reservation and that treatments are subject to availability.

PAZ reservation hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.

*Prior to arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment to allow time for check in and to prepare for your services. Arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time. Your services will be finished on time, so that the next guest will not be delayed. Also, we suggest that you refrain from wearing jewelry as we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal items. Finally, be sure to let your specialist know if you have any special physical or medical conditions, special considerations or medications.

*Please note that PAZ and the Fitness Center are an adult-oriented atmosphere and is intended for those age 18 and older.

*Mexico requires PAZ to charge a 10 percent VAT (value added tax) on all services. A 15 percent gratuity is also customary. The gratuity, of course, can be modified at your discretion.

*If, for some unfortunate reason, you must cancel your reservation, please do so 4 hours prior to your treatment time. This will help you avoid a 25% cancellation fee. In the event that you do not cancel and do not arrive at PAZ for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
